PRINT DESIGN:  Short North Visitors' Guide

Publication design is different from graphic design because booklets and catalogs require planning in an additional dimension.  Problems inherent to documents with multiple pages include pagination, flow, indexing, binding, and more.  Throw in more than 50 advertisements and a hand-drawn street map showing hundreds of businesses, and there is little margin for error.  After every task from planning to designing, proofing to press-checking was completed, the green-light was given to print and distribute over 20,000 guides.
