When evaluating
design firms, comparing
hourly rates is
pointless. Published on

Some web designers
charge $10/hour.
Others charge $100/hour
or more. But
shouldn't you care more
about the project's
total cost and quality,
not the hourly rate?
This is why we don't
believe in charging a
set hourly rate.
In fact, we don't even
publish an hourly rate
for three reasons:
- creativity can't
be accurately
estimated by the
hour,
- one designer's
"hour" is not equal
to another's, and
- cheaper hourly
rates don't lead to
cheaper total costs.
Honestly, if we
disclosed our hourly
rate, many of our
prospects would think
they couldn't afford us
when, in fact, our
projects typically
more affordable.
Plus, our experience and
efficiency enables us to
work on a faster
timeline and at a higher
level of quality.
